Responsibilities

Provide responsive, nurturing care to support each infant’s individual needs

Follow and maintain consistent routines for feeding, sleeping, and care

Create a calm, safe, and engaging environment for exploration

Observe and document developmental milestones and progress

Communicate daily with families about routines and development

Ensure safe sleep practices and licensing compliance
Qualifications

Experience in an early childhood classroom

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required

Toddler classrooms are active, busy, and full of exploration. Lead Teachers guide independence, language development, and social-emotional growth through structured routines and intentional interactions.
Responsibilities

Plan simple, child-led experiences based on children’s interests
