We ask that families pack lunch for their child each day, as you know best what your child enjoys and needs. We believe mealtime is an extension of care and comfort from home.

To support balanced nutrition and introduce children to new tastes, we provide a healthy morning and afternoon snack daily. These snacks are thoughtfully chosen to offer variety and broaden your child’s experience with different foods in a positive, social setting.​
A​s we use the Standards of Quality set forth by the Michigan State Board of Education for Infant and Toddler environments, teachers introduce provocations, encouraging children to investigate their surroundings and begin forming connections between their experiences. ​

We nurture emerging independence and curiosity through sensory play, imaginative exploration, and hands-on discovery.
In this nurturing learning environment, children develop essential self-help skills, learn how to interact with peers and adults in a social setting, and are given opportunities to make choices, fostering a sense of autonomy and independence. ​
