Infant Teacher

Our Infant Lead Teachers focus on responsive caregiving, strong relationships, and early development. This classroom is rooted in trust, consistency, and meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive, nurturing care to support each infant’s individual needs
Follow and maintain consistent routines for feeding, sleeping, and care
Create a calm, safe, and engaging environment for exploration
Observe and document developmental milestones and progress
Communicate daily with families about routines and development
Ensure safe sleep practices and licensing compliance

Qualifications

Experience in an early childhood classroom
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
Must meet Michigan licensing requirements (background check, etc.)

Toddler Teacher

Toddler classrooms are active, busy, and full of exploration. Lead Teachers guide independence, language development, and social-emotional growth through structured routines and intentional interactions.

Responsibilities

Support children in developing independence and self-help skills
Guide behavior using patience, consistency, and developmentally appropriate strategies
Create engaging, organized classroom environments
Plan simple, child-led experiences based on children’s interests
Encourage language development through conversation and interaction
Maintain consistent routines and smooth transitions

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
Experience in an early childhood classroom
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
Must meet Michigan licensing requirements (background check, etc.)

Position Details

Preschool/ PreK Teacher

Observe, document, and extend children’s thinking

Responsibilities

Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Michigan Early Childhood Standards
Support school readiness through play-based, intentional instruction
Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation
Partner with families and support children’s social-emotional development
Ensure full compliance with GSRP and licensing standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
Experience in a preschool or Pre-K classroom
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
Must meet Michigan licensing requirements (background check, etc.)

Position Details

Salary: $42,000–$50,000 (based on experience and credentials)
